Homemade Mint Sugar

Do you like a hint of mint flavour in your tea or in your lemonade? Well, I do! Here is an easy recipe to make your own mint flavured sugar. It is easy to make and yes, it is fantastic. I tried it today with my coffee and it was lovely too! I found this recipe on a lovely blog called Β Love Grows WildΒ . I am thinking of using this sugar to make some mint flavoured chocolate cookies. I will expirement with it and let you know how it goes! Until then, try this and see if you donΒ΄t love it too! Try sprinkling this over some fresh strawberries!
Mint Sugar
1/2 cup fresh mint leaves
3/4 cup sugar
In a food processor, add mint leaves and sugar. Pulse until mint is finely ground and mixture is well combined.
Makes about 1 cup
Store in an airtight container for 1-2 days
