Day 3 Quote Challenge: Open your eyes

I was nominated to participate in the Quote Challenge by my blogging friends Anna and Sadie. I have enjoyed this callenge very much. Thank you ladies for thinking of me!

Last week, I had to go to the corner store to pick up a few things that I needed. While I was there, I saw a tulip plant that was being sold for less than two euros! I thought that it was something that I didn´t really need but figured what the heck, a little inspiration from an unexpected source is a great thing. I love tulips.

Here is how it looked when I bought it. I did not know what colour it would be and every day I was so happy to see it growing.

And finally I had these beauties in my living room.

I don´t always take the time to notice nature because I am distracted or busy but my little trip to the corner store reminded me to open my eyes and take the time. I now buy a flowering plant every week or so. I feel so happy to see them grow and to see how they slowly reveal their colours!

Here is my newest little friend.

I would like to nominate

Have a great week, everyone and thanks for stopping by!

  1. So pretty Natascha! Not to get preachy… but when I look around at all of creation, the vast depths and heights, the colors, smells, textures… I think how can people not know there is a God?
