No kneading lemon and pepper beer bread

I found this recipe on Pinterest and figured it was worth a try. It originally used an ale beer but since the likelyhood that I would use a good quality ale to bake with is extremely unlikely, I decided to use a regular beer called Mahou that we have here in Spain.  It is what they call a ¨cerveza rubia¨, meaning, a blonde beer.  It is what we know as a lager beer. The result is a slightly sweet, lemony loaf that is just fabulous slightly toasted by itself or with a tapenade! You could also put a slice of tomato or a touch of cream cheese. You can add what you want!
